DREAM. PLAN. DO. SERIES INTRODUCTION

In this video series, Jen Collins, Senior Vice President & Wealth Advisor at River Wealth Advisors, will talk with women who share their stories of how they turned their dreams into reality. The hope is that this series will inspire other women to make their dream a goal by giving it a deadline.

EPISODE 1: PATTY SIBBACH

Patty is a Harrisburg native who attended Shippensburg University on a basketball scholarship and coached local youth for years. Learn how she took her passion for helping others improve their health and turned it into a successful business and fulfilling career.

EPISODE 2: LISA DECAVALCANTE

Lisa is the owner of Little Black Dress, an upscale clothing boutique in Camp Hill. And while she never dreamed of owning her own business, she took her love of design, fashion, and working in retail and turned it into a successful business.

EPISODE 3: STACEY WARNER

Stacey was a successful executive in healthcare when she decided to take a leap of faith to follow her true passion of working with children by purchasing a Goddard School. She’s now the owner of two locations and is enjoying every minute.

EPISODE 4: DR. THERESA BURICK

Dr. Burick was an accomplished physician running her own practice when she realized the traditional model of healthcare wasn’t designed to provide patients with the care they needed, so she decided to open The Burick Center, a concierge practice taking a holistic approach to healthcare.

EPISODE 5: ANGELA GUILTIERI

After 26 years as a hair stylist, color educator, Angela Gualtieri, along with her husband Marc Gualtieri, opened Red Salon in November of 2015. She never planned on owning her own business. However, after taking over the management of a salon and running it under someone else’s guidance, she took the leap into ownership. Since making a success of it, Angela believes you should never say never.

EPISODE 6: REBEKAH MORGAN

Rebekah Morgan is the owner of Morgan Pilates, which she started 16 years ago. Rebekah began her career as a physical therapist. After taking up Pilates, she discovered the therapeutic benefits for herself and her physical therapy patients. Rebekah took her love of Pilates and grabbed the chance to open her own Pilates studio. She received her master’s certification in Pilates and continues to expand her business. Rebekah believes that her passion for her clients and her love of Pilates have been the keys to her success.

EPISODE 7: BETSY HAMM

Betsy Hamm spent 15 years as a marketing director for Hershey Entertainment. About six years ago she had the opportunity to join the marketing team for Duck Donuts, an emerging franchise brand with corporate headquarters in Mechanicsburg. Betsy was offered an opportunity to join the company in its early days and since then, has helped the company grow from 20 locations to over 100 as well as taking the franchise international. As the new CEO, she plans to bring the franchise to 300 plus locations over the next four years. Betsy believes that you should be open to opportunities that may not be in the career path you planned but may ultimately lead you to success and fulfillment.
