In 2025, RWA’s assets grew by over 20%, reflecting a combination of market conditions and client growth adding just over $250 million in assets, bringing total assets under management to $1.46B. This notable growth builds on the firm’s progress since it completed a successful leadership change and added a minority partner in 2021.

A key driver for RWA’s momentum in 2025 was its continued investment in talent and firm culture. RWA’s advisors and planners bring deep experience in areas such as business ownership, retirement, and trust and estate planning. They work closely with clients through a personalized, planning-first approach to guide wealth transfer and legacy decisions and support individuals and families through major life transitions like career changes, divorce, and widowhood.

  • Mitch Fenimore, MBA, Senior Vice President and Lancaster Market Leader, brings investment banking and M&A experience with a focus on business succession planning and liquidity events, enhancing the firm’s ability to serve business owners. His role also supports RWA’s goal to develop and expand its presence within the Lancaster market.

  • Bradford Houchins, CFP®, Senior VP and Wealth Advisor, contributes extensive experience in retirement planning, including 401(k) strategy and employer-sponsored retirement plans, helping clients navigate long-term financial security. Joining River Wealth in 2024 and promoted within a year of his arrival, Bradford’s role as a client relationship partner for the Lehigh Valley branch supports a growing client base, improves service delivery, and allows advisors to remain focused on planning and relationship management.

In 2025, RWA made meaningful investments in technology to enhance advisor impact. The firm strengthened its planning, CRM, and portfolio management systems with automation and AI-assisted tools, enabling advisors to spend less time on administrative work and more time focused on clients.
